Challenge: Our client was required to undertake external repairs and decorations to the freehold elements of their property in accordance with the terms of their lease. This included for renewal of all decorations, repairs to historic brick work, stone work, roofing and terraces.
Solution: Cardoe Martin carried out thorough inspections from internal areas and exterior to get an idea of the condition of the upper and roof levels and include repairs allowances for these difficult to assess areas. After obtaining competitive tenders based on our detailed specification for the works, we administered the contract, ensuring any specialist repairs were inspected by suppliers to enable obtaining warranties on completion.
