Project Break Down

Challenge:  Following a plumbing leak, our clients property had suffered extensive damage and mould proliferation in their plant room and risers. Our client wanted to understand whether any issues remained and what repairs were recommended.

Solution: Cardoe Martin carried out a thorough inspection of all the risers and areas affected by the escape of water, including nearby rooms and hall areas. Using damp metes to test for any residual moisture, and inspecting all visible pipework and areas for further indication of leakage we were able to confirm a scope of repairs to address damaged finishes and mould growth to our client.
