Challenge: Cardoe Martin were engaged to prepare a 25 year Preventative Planned Maintenance report for Bridges Wharf, a Landmark Riverside Development by Weston Homes built in 2009 consisting of circa 260 luxury apartments. The development also features a heliport and luxury Hotel. A key challenge was defining elements which applied to the residential service charge under the lease and ensuring accuracy of the interpretations of the lease provisions

Solution: Our survey of the building in conjunction with specialist 3rd party MEP Engineers and review of the building records enabled us to prepare a detailed costed plan and condition report and assist in planning for the long term maintenance of the building.
