Solution: One of our experienced RICS Chartered Building Surveyors was appointed to act for both parties as an impartial third party expert and following assessment of the legal paperwork, carried out an inspection of the premises. Utilising specialist equipment to assess dampness and water damage, we were able to undertake a through but unobtrusive inspection of the premises and provide a CPR compliant report reflecting responses to each point and issue raised for use by the court. Our experience in handling sensitive matters and situations enabled us to successfully complete the inspection and provide a fully impartial assessment of claim items assisting in resolving matters.
