Challenge: Cardoe Martin were engaged to prepare a 20 year Preventative Planned Maintenance report for Avant Garde, a Telford Homes Development built in 2014 consisting of 257 luxury apartments with residents gym, lounge and communal gardens. A detailed survey of the building in conjunction with specialist 3rd party MEP Engineers and review of the building construction records enabled us to prepare a comprehensive costed plan and condition report and assist in planning for the long term maintenance of the building.

Solution: Our experience in luxury residential property enabled us to provide a report covering all aspects of the fabric and MEP services and assist in spreading the collection of funds for major projects for the coming 20 years.
