Challenge: Our client acquired this site comprising industrial and office space. The site was split and sold off in two phases to residential developers.
Solution: Cardoe Martin were appointed to manage the demolition of the industrial buildings across the site, including the removal of mains services, the remediation of contaminated land and the subsequent refurbishment of the retained Edwardian structure. The façade of the substantial retained structure was reconstructed following the demolition of the attached industrial units and included rebuilding an elevation to current regulatory standards.
