Challenge: Cardoe Martin were appointed to undertake a schedule of condition upon a substantial detached industrial warehouse and office premises on behalf of our client, a manufacturing company who were planning to enter a lease agreement for the site in Greenford, UB6.
Solution: Our detailed report including referenced photographs enabled an accurate record to be taken of the condition of the premises and was appended to the lease agreement. Alongside our understanding of commercial leases and dilapidations matters, we were able to provide a report which could be used as a reference for both parties in a lease end dilapidations claim.
