Challenge: Our client acquired and converted the site of the former Croydon Airport and converted to use as Serviced Offices, and Cardoe Martin were engaged to manage a major external refurbishment project to address structural repairs, roof renewal, window replacement, redecoration and internal refurbishment of office suites, WC’s, communal areas and services. As a listed property, an understanding of obligations and compliance with Planning matters and a sensitive approach to the historic fabric and context of the site was required.

Solution: Our hands on management and oversight of progress and works ensured a high quality result which finished under the project budget.
