Graham Cardoe – Chairman
Graham Cardoe is the Chairman of Cardoe Martin and was one of the founders of the business in 2001.
As Chairman, Graham takes a key management role including Quality Assurance, Health & Safety and professional training and practice. He also utilises his past experience of sitting on RICS ‘Assessment of Professional Competence’ Panels by acting as a mentor and councillor to APC candidates. His vast experience in commercial building surveying and dilapidations is highly valued by staff and clients alike.
Although semi-retired, Graham’s role as Chairman of Cardoe Martin keeps him very much involved in the leadership of the business as well as with the professional development of the CM team. When he’s not engaged with his Chairman duties and sharing his wisdom on the Cardoe Martin Podcasts, you might see Graham on the golf course, where he plays off 12.
