Ben Campbell Pop Up

Ben has 10 years’ professional experience in the property industry and has joined Cardoe Martin after 5 years at CBRE in the London Building Consultancy department where he specialised in Technical Due Diligence commercial building surveys.  Ben has managed national and global portfolio instructions for high profile acquisition and vendor surveys, successfully negotiated dilapidation financial settlements on behalf of both landlords and tenants, completed planned maintenance contract works, undertaken defect diagnosis inspections and project managed million-pound refurbishment projects.  

 

Prior to CBRE, Ben worked for Family Mosaic Housing Association where he was responsible for overseeing the repair and management of the buildings and the resolution of all tenancy issues in 500+ social tenanted homes across west London.  Ben has inspected properties dating from the 15th century through to new construction set for completion in 2020 and has a breadth of experience across different property uses including commercial, residential, industrial, hotel, and retail.

 

Ben is currently studying an online course entitled ‘Developing Environmental Awareness’ and has installed solar panels on his roof at home to enhance his own environmental and sustainable credentials – something which he is always happy to talk about.
