The first thing that often springs to mind when you see a random statistic is the Guinness advert from the late ‘90s. The one with the Vic Reeves quote about how 82.2% of statistics are made up on the spot.

Regardless of its statistical validity, the notion of helpful content is utterly spot on. The future of the web indeed looks to be made up of a tiered internet led by the core themes of quality content and a sense of real community. With over 30 million blogs already out there we’d better get a move on!

And so, reader, you are very, very welcome to our shiny new Cardoe Martin blog.

Let’s take a moment to show you around and introduce many of the things you can expect to see, hear, and for that uniquely awesome 94% of you, get involved with and share the knowledge!

First things first, we’ll be posting consistent, down to earth articles on a host of topics which matter to the property and construction community.
